HotRock Worship at Home Playlist

Here is May's playlist for you and your family to use to worship together. Our playlist this month focuses on God's peace and is a collection of songs about peace or that lead you to a place of peace.

These are great songs to use to encourage your children to stop and spend time with God for themselves, just listening to Him and letting Him minister to them. They are also great for bedtime as a quietening tool to focus on Him, or to bring peace into your home as you let these truths bring focus in the busy and to overcome worries.

Parenting Resources

Keeping your children safe

We all want our families to be safe and thrive. God does not want us to fear for our children but there is wisdom in how we protect our children and more so now as so much is online. But how do we keep our children and families safe online and while they are out and about? We have pulled together some resources and websites that will help you to keep your children safe and manage boundaries.

NSPCC

The NSPCC is a great place to look for key resources for parents on a variety of topics from mental health, talking about racism, how to give children boundaries to protect their bodies, coping with tantrums and baby parenting.

Support for parents

They have also produced a series of leaflets you might find helpful including, safe ways to handle and cope with a crying baby, knowing when it's safe to leave a child home alone or guidance on preparing your child to go out on their own.
